Refund policy
Returns
Our return policy window is 14 calendar days, which means that you have 2 weeks from the date you receive your item to return it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase. The customer will be responsible for covering the shipping cost to send the item back to us.
To start a return, you can contact us at bellamarketplace@gmail.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please always feel free to contact us for any return question at bellamarketplace@gmail.com.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can inspect the issue and make it right. Photos of the damaged item must be sent to support@bellamarketplace.com for confirmation. Once accepted, a new item will be packaged and shipped to you within 5 business days.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Items that have been used or worn are no longer able to be returned. If we are contacted after the timeframes listed on this page, your item will no longer be returnable. Due to the nature of digital downloads, those purchases are not able to be refunded.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Undeliverable Items
If the customer provides an incorrect shipping address for their order, or an error on the customers’ part results in the package being returned to us, we are not responsible for shipping the item again. We will either refund the order or the customer will be charged for shipping the item again. You will be contacted about the issue immediately, with options for the next step.
If an error on our part resulted in the package being returned to us, we will ship the item again to the customer.
Exchanges
We do not accept or provide exchanges for any purchase made.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
